• Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products and services.
• Referral Data includes referral codes generated, referrals made, and waitlist position changes.

• Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting hello@collabor.com. This applies to when you submit your form to sign up for early waitlist access.
• We have a contractual obligation. To process your waitlist slot, calculate your queue position, manage referral benefits, and email you with early access magic credentials when your batch is eligible.
• We have a legitimate interest. To run, improve, and protect our platform and offerings, perform internal diagnostics, and ensure site security.

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.

In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
